Received order issues

I want to check my items before paying the Cash on Delivery amount. Can I do this?
Sorry but the shipping companies will let you check only after you’ve paid. But it’s not all bad news. You may return any item to us (as per our return policy).

An item is missing from my order

Hmmm. Very strange. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we’ll fix this immediately. If you have already paid, then we shall ship it at our own cost, or refund you on your credit card. If your order was Cash on Delivery, we will reimburse the amount as Store Credit to your account.

I received an imperfect product

We are sorry, but that should not happen. Our products go through strict quality control checks before shipping. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving defective goods and we will compensate for this issue.
Take a couple of pictures to show the damage and leave tags and labels on the item. Keep the original packing and ship it back to us – we’ll pay.

The items I received are not identical to the ones in the pictures

Please inform us within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving your goods so we can correct the picture on our website. Kindly note that return and exchange policy terms and conditions apply.

How much will returning items will cost me

It’s absolutely free of charge for the first return. will issue a free-of-charge return airway bill from your doorstep. Your replacement items will be shipped to you as a new order. If you would like to return for a second time, then you just need to send us the items back at your own cost and we shall process the return to you.

Are any products non-returnable?

Due to health and hygiene concerns, some items are non-returnable even if they were not used:

  • Female/male swim suites/shorts
  • Underwear including bras
  • Lingerie and nightwear
  • Tangas and garters
  • Earrings and jewelries that may penetrate the skin.

Can I return used items?

Can’t be done, no how, no way. Sorry.

I did not use my items, but I lost their tags/labels, can I still return them?

Come on, try harder. Find the tags and labels then return your items!

I did not like my received items, what can I do?

No problem: you can return it immediately using our return and exchange facility. You may return your products within 14 days from the date which you have received the order on, given that your products are returnable.

we will issue a return airway bill fully paid by us to your door-step. you need to coordinate the courier company to pick the items from you, or, if they were late, you may just drop them at any of their service points. note that the return airway bill is fully paid, and you should not be paying for anything.

you will get your money refund once we receive the items. you may use the money in your account at anytime to buy new items or a replacement item, or you may ask a cash refund as per our policy – its your call!

kindly note that you need to return the items unused and with all labels and tags as received. if your return item has arrived in a box (like shoes or watches) then you need to return the original product package and box undamaged in order to claim your return.

if your returned items were not approved as they were used or not complying with the return policy, then we will ship them back to you at your own cost. so please be aware.

Can I return more than one item?

For sure. Just use our return and exchange facility.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

Nope. It’s absolutely free of charge for the first return.

Can I return items that I did not pay for?

Sorry. If you received an item as a gift or a giveaway, then it’s neither returnable nor exchangeable.

I have a gift voucher can I cancel it and get a refund?

Yes, but we will not be able to refund any amount related to that voucher. Buy something!

I did not receive a ‘Return’ note, what should I do?

Please contact us and we’ll either do it for you or email a copy.

What is Store Credit?

Store Credit is the amount of money on your account that you may use to make purchases. There is no expiry date and you may apply it at the checkout page. Contact us if you have any issues.

Can I get my refund in cash?

Refunds come as Store Credit on your account or back onto your credit card after deducting any applicable fees.

I do not want an exchange, I want to return the product

No problem. Use the Store Credit refunded amount to purchase any other item.

How much is the cash refund would cost?

Only wire transfer fees, if your refund request was approved as per the return policy; any refunded amount into your credit card or in-cash (if any) will be subject to a flat deduction amount of SR 98 or equivalent. Or, you may just receive a Store Credit on your account with your complete spend without any deduction.

How long would it take to get my Store Credit?

You get it immediately upon approval. After your returned items pass quality control the credit will show on your account. The return process will be a maximum of 10 working days from your initial request.

Can I check that you have received my returned item(s)?

Yes you can. Track returns on your account or by the return airway bill from the courier company’s website. Call us any time for info.

How do I cancel my return request?

No need! If you did not return the item, nor requested our help to schedule with the courier company, then your return request will expire within 30 days.

Would the courier company be able to delivery my replacement order and collect the items during the same delivery?

If your return and Store Credit was already approved by us then yes. However, this needs a co-ordination, which can be done only via our call center. We offer this service free of charge.

Contact them to speed things up; drop your return package at their service point or talk to us and we’ll help.

What happens to my refund if my credit card doesn’t exist anymore?

We’re afraid we can only refund amounts on the credit card used.

What happens if I return the items, but they were lost on the way?

If you have proof of delivery from the courier company then we’ll consider your return request valid.

How long would it take to show the refund on my credit card?

we will process it same day, but usually takes 8 working days depending on your bank, anyway, Store Credit shows immediately.

My credit card I used is no longer valid; can I get my refund on another card?

We can only refund amounts credit cards used for the purchase.

My item got damaged after only one use

Unfortunately we do not offer any warranties beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. You may tell us more and we’ll address your case.

Return vs Exchange

you may return the product that you do not like without any reason, given the item comply with the return policy, ie, new, with tags and returnable.
once the return is done, then you may place your replacement order; we may return the refunded amount into your HINDAMESTOR account so you place similar item (exchange) or different item, the choice is yours, or, if you wish, we may refund the amount back to your credit card and then you can start all over again.

For Credit Card Orders

If the condition of your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs and bank fees. Customs duties, taxes, clearance, bank fees and handling fees are also non-refundable as they are paid to third parties.

For Cash Orders

If the condition of your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus 98 SAR Processing fees.

Store Credit Refund

Once we receive your returned item(s) we will refund you as promptly as possible. Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
