How long would it take to deliver my order?

 

How long would it take to receive my order?

Depends on your destination and payment method. We may deliver next day within KSA. The maximum is 10 working days. Refer to ‘Your Country’ information for more details.

I want a next-day delivery. Is this possible?

Most of our orders are shipped next day on express courier service to all of our customers around the world, however, it all depends on the destination and the remoteness of the delivery address and the customs/boarders agencies clearing your shipment.

However, we are delighted to confirm a next-day delivery to Dubai/UAE, Riyadh/KSA.

How much would it cost to ship my items?

Free shipping for all order above 150 SAR, if your order is less than 150 SAR, then a shipping fee of SAR 20 may apply on your order

Would I receive notification of my airway bill?

Yes, the email will have the airway bill number and the courier company’s contact details at your destination.

Do you have a VIP delivery service?

You are a VIP. We offer premium Express Bullet Delivery for orders placed on credit cards. Your history is tracked using your account. Even if you haven’t used us for a while you will still enjoy a priority service.

Delivery, Scheduling, Delays & Complains

My order has not yet been delivered

Track the order from your account on hindamestore.com – or use your airway bill from the courier company’s website. Or try at the courier company’s offices. You should receive an email once your order is dispatched. Our delivery team will try to reach you by phone and will send an SMS. Please contact us and we shall assist you immediately.

What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

Just tell us your preferred delivery time during the confirmation call. Your order can be flagged as “Hold at Destination”. This service is free of charge. You ideally need to communicate with the shipping company and/or with our call centre. Otherwise, we will assume that you do not want your order and it will be returned as “refused by customer”. This unfortunately may result in other charges or might prevent you from placing post-paid orders in future.

How do I schedule my delivery to a specific date and time?

Contact the courier company here to schedule your delivery at any time, or simply contact us and we will assist you.

I have refused to receive an order, what are the implications

Just place a request to return the order. Our return process is simple and easy and your money is safe with us.
Upon placing Cash on Delivery orders our team will call to ensure the order was not a mistake or not someone having a laugh. Only confirmed orders will be shipped. If you refuse to receive a shipped order Cash on Delivery will be a problem for you later.
If you placed an order using a credit card and refused to receive the order, it will be shipped back to us at cost and the balance will be refunded to your credit card or will remain as a Store Credit on your account. The return cost of the refused order will be SAR 98 or equivalent.

Yes it is, just select your preferred courier when having your order confirmation call with our agent. We’ll sort it out at no extra cost.

Which shipping/courier company will deliver my order?

We use a few companies depending on your destination.

Shipping Fees and other Charges

On our steady but sure quest towards world domination, we serve the entire world. Currently special services are offered for specific countries, like Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. However, we will ship to you no matter where you are. Our store are currently in English and Arabic languages only, however, our boss is currently taking language courses in Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish, Swahili and Turkish… so just wait for them!

Placing orders from Saudi Arabia

Pay by credit card to enjoy a cash refund on the same card; for other payment methods we will refund the amount on your account (as Store Credit) so you can easily buy later.

Time to deliver an order

For prepaid orders, a Premier Bullet Service is offered free within 1 to 2 working days. However, orders placed using Cash on Delivery will be sent via an Express Service within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping charges

Orders are shipped free if the value exceeds SAR 150 otherwise a flat charge of SAR 20 applies.

Other charges

You are not expected to pay anything more, except Cash on Delivery fees, which is SAR 29 per order.

Shipping and delivery providers

We use a selection of couriers across Saudi:

  • Orders placed using your credit card are shipped free of charge using our Premier Bullet Service using top quality couriers, or your preferred provider, including; DHL, Aramex, SMSA and UPS.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be shipped using the Express Service of SMSA or Aramex, based your preference.

Customs and clearance fees

You are not required to pay anything to the courier company. All our shipments are fully pre-paid including customs fees and clearance.

Do I need to create an hindamestore account to place an order?

It would help, however, you may place an order as a guest. At checkout, select “proceed as a guest”. Once you input your email, the system will ask you if you wish to register, so you can create an account and make a purchase easily and instantly!

Do you have a mobile app?

Why was my order cancelled?
